Applications for the Stars of the Year, pladis’s annual competition among its employees in all countries, were made on an outdated website both in terms of design and software, and it often caused problems. Taking current design and user experience trends into consideration, we renewed the design and developed a functional infrastructure for the website from scratch. Launched in 2022, the website has significantly improved application, control and evaluation times, as well as reducing the reported user issues.
